The jet grouting drill bit is installed at the bottom end of the drill pipe and is the main component of drilling and shotcrete.

 

          The top of the drill bit is inlaid with cemented carbide, which is convenient for the drilling of the drill pipe. Two nozzles are installed on both sides of the barrel of the drill bit, and the diameter of the nozzle is between 1.6 and 3.0 mm. The double drill is equipped with annular gas nozzles around the nozzles to ensure coaxial jetting of slurry and gas. The triple drill has three single nozzles mounted on the head body to spray high-pressure water. For some soft formations, after a hole is finished to the end, the rotary jet can be lifted without changing the drill bit, which improves the work efficiency.
