        It is a kind of equipment used to break the soil in the blind area of large open caisson. The largest bridge construction company in China proposed to our company that a scheme that can break the soil under the shaft wall of large open caisson is needed.
        According to the site investigation, the project team of the company put forward the scheme of "open caisson blind area borrow system".
        After theoretical verification in the factory and field test, a complete set of equipment and construction scheme have been formed and successfully applied to the largest open caisson in China. The open caisson is 65m wide, 90m long and 70m deep.

        The customer said, "it is the first time to realize the controllable and efficient sinking of large open caisson in the sinking process."

        A kind of equipment for mud cake cleaning of cutter head of large shield machine was proposed to Amman by China's largest tunnel construction company.
        When a shield machine with a diameter of 15.7m crosses the Shiziyang ocean, it encounters clay, which is easy to form mud cake at the cutter head, resulting in the reduction of the propulsion efficiency of the shield machine. I hope we can solve it.
        The next day after receiving the task, our project team rushed to the project site 2000 kilometers away and put forward the scheme of high-pressure flushing that night.
        According to the size of the shield machine, the corresponding three-dimensional scheme drawing was issued, and the full set of products were delivered within 45 days after signing the contract.
        The customer thinks that the propulsive efficiency of the backing construction machine in the clay layer is increased by 2 times by adopting our scheme. Subsequently, a series of orders were added.
